My Review:

I recently had the chance to review three products by Leather Nova.  They sent me their Leather Cleaner, Leather Conditioner, & Conditioner & Cleaner.  Even though I have several leather items at home, I mainly wanted to try these products on the seats of my new Tahoe.  I just got it a few weeks ago and it is the first vehicle I have ever had with leather seats.  This truck is my baby and I want to do everything I possibly can to protect it inside and out.  Even though my seats weren't really dirty, I still tried it out.  First, I used the Leather Cleaner first and sprayed it on the included microfiber towel.  I wiped the seats down.  My seats looked great already!  I did notice the towel left little pieces behind but hopefully this will go away after it is washed.  Next, I applied the Leather Conditioner and left it on for an hour.  Then I buffed it away.  I did this on the two front seats and you could tell a difference from the back seats.  For the back seats, I used the Conditioner & Cleaner.  I just applied it with the included pad and allowed it to dry for thirty minutes.  After that, I buffed it out.  All of my seats looked amazing, clean, and restored.  I know it is very hard to show shiny black leather in photos but here are my before and after pictures of my seat...

My Review:

 

I recently had the chance to review a set of InsideSmarts Luxury Wash Bags.  I have been trying to find a way to prolong the life of my bras but they tend to get ruined in the washer too quickly.  I always hang them to dry but the washing machine is just too hard on them because they get tangled up with everything.  After receiving these bags, I have been able to add life to my bras because they come out of the washer tangle free.  They can no longer get hooked on lacey clothing or my frayed jeans!  I usually place 2-3 bras in the bag at a time and it works perfectly.

My Review:

 

I recently had the chance to review a bottle of Angry Orange.  This came at the perfect time because one of my dogs just had a litter of six Beagle puppies!  It was too cold to leave her outside in the kennel so I let her have them in the house.  Needless to say, the older they get, the more they stink!  They are five weeks old now and seem to be non-stop mess makers.  I am constantly changing their bedding and cleaning their area.  Since I got Angry Orange, the area smells like oranges instead of dog pee.  I use it to scrub the tile and spray around their bed.  I also use it to spray my rugs in the living room just because I love the scent!  It lasts for a long time and makes the whole house smell great.  This little bottle makes one gallon of solution after you mix it with water.  I would highly recommend Angry Orange to anyone who has pets or has other odors to get rid of in their home.  You can purchase it HERE on Amazon.

My Review:

I recently had the chance to review a bottle of Chamberlain’s Leather Milk No. 3.  It arrived sealed in a plastic bag and included a pad to apply it with.  This made it much easier than trying to use a rag.

  I decided to try it on my Doc Martens which have been laying in my closet forever because I have given up hope for ever making them look decent again.  They used to be my favorite shoes but I barely wear them anymore because they look awful.  I just can't bear to get rid of them because they are so comfy.  I used a little bit of Chamberlain's Leather Milk on them and look at the difference...

What Stain & What Odor Review & Giveaway

My Review

 

I recently had the chance to review a bottle of What Stain? & What Odor?  I also received laundry detergent, fabric softener, & dishwashing liquid samples to try.  These products came at the perfect time because my daughter just got a kitten for her birthday in July.

 

 

Needless to say, this innocent looking kitty (named Nikki) is the Devil in disguise.  She didn't litter box train right away.  She climbs all over the tables & counters, knocking things down & making messes along the way.  She is very playful but likes to attack anything that moves, which causes even more messes when she pounces!  I have had to clean up so many messes because of spilled drinks, vases, etc.  The What Stain? has worked perfectly for removing stains that are old and new.

 

The stain above is a set in stain that has been in my carpet for a long time.  I have never been able to get it out with any stain remover, even after shampooing it with my Kirby over and over again.  It has drove me crazy!  

 



 

I sprayed it with What Stain? and it instantly disappeared!  It never came back.  After seeing what it could do, I went around the house spraying every little spot I could find.  They magically disappeared.  You are just supposed to blot them with a towel after a few minutes.

 

The What Odor?  works great to neutralize the litter box odors.  We have an automatic litter box so it stores all the poop in a compartment.  We are supposed to change the tray once every 30 days.  I think it stinks even though the litter looks clean so I lifted the compartment and sprayed What Odor? on it.  After a few minutes, you couldn't tell there was a litter box in the house.

My Review

 

I recently received 2 bottles of Greased Lightning Super Strength Cleaner & Degreaser and a coupon for a free full sized bottle of Greased Lightning to review.  I have not used the coupon yet because the stores around me only had the same product as the sample bottles I received.  I wanted to wait to try something different.  I have been using the Super Strength Cleaner & Degreaser everywhere in house.  I am finding that it works well in most areas.  It does a really great job on stove tops and ovens.  I have used it on the sinks, counter tops, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, bathtubs, showers, toilets, & grill.  I would say I could replace any of my normal cleaning products with this except my toilet cleaner.  It did do a decent job but I believe my normal toilet cleaning product did a better job overall.  I am going to keep watching for the Multi Purpose Cleaner in my area to try it out.  I would highly recommend the Super Strength Cleaner & Degreaser for those tough to clean areas in your home.  Check them out at www.greasedlightning.com.

My Review:

I recently had the opportunity to review Woolzies dryer balls.  To be honest, I was skeptical that a bunch of wool balls could soften my laundry.  I was impressed at how well they worked after all.  I threw all six balls in my dryer like the directions said, and they really cut my laundry time down by at least 25%.  I love how much energy that is saving me in the long run.  I usually run my large dryer for 90 minutes per load but now it only runs for 65 minutes.  There is no scent but you can add essential oil to the balls to give your clothes your own scent if you'd like.  I did not do this because my son has eczema and I have to be very careful with fragrances on his clothes.  It also says you can also put a ball of aluminum foil in the dryer to cut down on static but I did not have an issue with this.  The only issues I had with these balls were... 1. they made a clunking sound as they bounced in the dryer.  This wasn't extremely annoying but it was obvious there was something more than clothes in the dryer.  2.  Certain clothing attracted wool piling from the balls that had to be cleaned with a lint brush every time they were washed.  Overall, my clothes are softer and since they dry quicker, I would recommend this product.  Check them out at www.woolzies.com.

My Review

I recently had the opportunity to review Rockin' Green laundry soap.  I got to choose which scent I wanted to try and which formula was best in my area.  I chose Rage against the  Raspberry in the Classic Rock formula.  I received 3 sample packs to do my review. 

Each packet had enough soap to do about 3 loads of laundry.  Since I have a water softener, it only required 1-2 tablespoons of detergent.  This stuff smelled great when I first put it in the washer but it did not cling to my clothes like I'd like it to.  It cleans clothing great & gets stains out easily.  Overall , I like it for it's cleaning ability but have to use fabric softener to give my clothes a fresh washed smell.   Check out all the products available at www.rockingreensoap.com.

My Review:
