My Review

 

I recently had the chance to review an item of my choice from Tatutina.  I chose the jewelry box pictured above but the sweet gals at Tatutina sent me the Flowers and Stripes Jewelry Box and Tray Combination.

 

 

The additional tray is a great addition and fits perfectly on top.   The 2-drawer box measures 5.5" x 5.5" x 3.75" and the tray measures 5.5" x 5.5" x 2.5".  It is perfect for my daughter's little pieces of jewelry and trinkets.  Everything is beautifully hand-painted and the drawers are lined with faux fur.  The colors are bright and match her room nicely.  It retails for $35.00 or you can buy the jewelry box without the tray for $30.00.  Any little girl would love a Tatutina jewelry box of their very own.  There are several styles to choose from and you can even have them personalized!  Tatutina also offers baby gifts, book ends, recipe boxes, kids art canvases, prints, greeting cards, and more!  Check out their website and follow them on Facebook and Twitter.

My Review:

 

My daughter, Savanna, was thrilled when she found out we would be reviewing a package of HairThingz.  There are many colors available but I chose the Super Star package since the colors go with many of her clothes.  Included in this pack were: three brilliant blue, three dazzling red, three sparkling red, and three wonderful white.  They retail for $6.00 per package.  I think this is a reasonable price for twelve fun hair accessories.  The picture above shows my daughter's hair with six HairThingz in it.  It doesn't take very many to create a cute style.  I have been playing with these alot and it does take time to get used to.  Savanna is very picky and and wants me to do her hair exactly how she thinks it she be.  I can't always do that so she has been playing with her own hair and her dolls hair as well with these.  I love being able to create unique styles that nobody else is wearing yet.  I would definitely recommend HairThingz to anyone who wants to create a different, colorful style.  Check out their website & follow them on Facebook, Twitter, & Youtube.

My Review:

 

I was recently sent a Harper Zip Neck Sweater to review from Neve Designs.  The wonderful rep. at Neve seemed to know my style perfectly because she picked my favorite color to wear (black).  And, if you haven't noticed, I love stars!  She even got my size right and sent a medium.  I didn't tell her anything, she's just that awesome!  When the sweater arrived, I couldn't wait to try it on.  I noticed the tag was attached with a safety pin instead of those plastic things.  This is alot nicer because it doesn't make holes in your clothes.  The sweater fits perfectly and is so comfortable!  It has extra reinforcements on the elbows that is really nice since I am on the computer all time.  My elbow area gets worn down more because of this.  It is made of 100% combed cotton but did not shrink at all when I washed it.  It is very warm and doesn't let this cold Indiana wind through.  This sweater is also available in blue and comes in s, m, l, & xl sizes.  It retails for $99.00.  Overall,  I would definitely recommend Neve Designs to anyone looking for warm, stylish clothing.  They have clothing and accessories for men and women.  Check out their website and follow them on Facebook & Twitter.

Multi-bullet Design Pink Bracelet $9.54       Width:3.5cm I actually bought this for a gift for my daughter.  We are a hunting family and she loves pink.  It is larger than I thought it would be but still cute.  She will love it.

My Review:

 

I recently had the opportunity to review a pair of Real Kids Shades for one of my kids.  I let my son, Hunter choose a pair.  He chose the Xtreme Sport Convertible Shades in silver.  They came in a nice, sturdy, storage case and also have a removable band.  He chose this style because he fishes in bass tournaments and when they fly across the lakes in the boat, he always loses his sunglasses.  Now, he can put the band on, and his sunglasses will stay put.  They are soft and padded on the inside but you can't tell unless you're wearing them.  I was afraid these glasses would be more for little kids but he loves them!  He is almost 13 and they fit perfectly.  He thinks he is cool as can be in them.  These retail for $39.99 and come in four different colors.  I would definitely recommend Real Kids Shades to anyone who wants stylish, comfortable shades for their children.  Check them out at www.realkidshades.com.

My Review

My Review

I was recently introduced to the Travalo Elite and received a gold one to review.  I think this product is ingenious!  It is the perfect size to fit in my purse and I can fill it with any perfume I want.  I filled this one with my favorite scent, Warm Vanilla Sugar, in about thirty seconds.  I just had to remove the top sprayer of the big bottle and press the Travalo Elite down a few times on top of it.  It was so easy!  There is a window on the side to see how much perfume is inside so I know when to refill.  This product is made durable, light-weight aluminum so it will take a beating in my huge purse.  I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to carry their favorite scent in a smaller package.  You can check out all the Travalo products HERE.

My Review

Dr. Scholl's For Her Review

My Review

I recently had the opportunity to review a pair of prescription glasses from JustEyeWear.com (under $50.00).  I decided to order a pair of prescription sunglasses for my daughter since she wears glasses and I don't.  She is always asking for sunglasses but I never got her a pair before.  She just started wearing glasses recently and I didn't want to mess up her vision by switching back and forth between prescription & non-prescription glasses.  The online ordering system was easy to use and fast.  I just had to get her prescription printed off from her eye doctor & type in the info after we decided on the pair she wanted.  They arrived with a hard storage case, repair kit, & lens cleaning cloth.  I was very impressed with how high quality they were since they are such cheap glasses.  They are very nice and well worth the price.  Even though there was a glitch in their system and my order took several weeks to get to me, all is well and I would still recommend them to anyone who is looking for prescription glasses.

My Review:

I got the opportunity to review Ecowear jewelry that grows into grows into flowers, trees...I received a turtle necklace that will grow into wildflowers & a smiley bracelet that will grow into a white pine tree. 

I have been wearing the necklace as an ankle bracelet & several people have asked me what the significance of the turtle is.  I tell them that I am going to wear the 2 pieces of jewelry for awhile and when it warms up a little more, my kids & I are going to plant them.  I can't wait to watch my jewelry grow!  I think this company is awesome for coming up with this idea.  The jewelry would make a great gift for anyone & is such a unique idea.  Check out all the products available at www.futureoxygen.us/.

Many children face sickness, the loss of a loved one, or the separation of a parent serving overseas.  For every pendant sold online, Future Oxygen will donate a bracelet to help a child. A child can wear a bracelet as they strive to overcome disease, the loss of a family member, or as they wait for a parent to come home. The bracelets can then be planted to celebrate the life of a family member passed on, or victory over sickness, or to welcome a parent back home.  Bracelets will be distributed to organizations helping children such as Ele's Place, Ronald McDonald house, and military organizations helping children with deployment.
