My Review:

I recently had the chance to review this program with my daughter, Savanna.  She is ten and a natural born fighter.  She has always wanted to learn martial arts and has acted like she knew karate with her brother.  The problem was there was no classes anywhere close to us and with their inexperience, someone was bound to get hurt.  When the opportunity came up to get her trained properly, I couldn't refuse!  She was so excited to get started.  The online classes are just a video but they they go over things several times so she can remember them.  She can go back and start over if she needs to and fast forward if she gets it quickly.  She has learned a lot and loves it!  I feel better knowing she trained to defend herself, not that she wasn't before, but even more so now.  She has a better attitude and more respectful.  I would definitely recommend Martial Arts for Kids to anyone who wants their kids to learn Martial Arts online.

I recently had the chance to review the new Ozeri Precision Digital Bathroom Scale.  It came with a battery so I was able to weigh in as soon as it arrived.  The digital screen is large and reads very quickly.  I have weighed myself in different areas to see if my weight changes and it always gives the same reading.  I have tried weighing myself with a bag of sugar, which is five pounds and it gives and exact weight.  They have a modern style since they are made of tempered glass.  It makes them look very neat.  I am very happy with this scale because it gives an accurate, precise weight every time.  I would highly recommend Ozeri Precision Digital Bathroom Scale to anyone looking for great scales at a reasonable price.  You can purchase them HERE.

I was excited to receive the Doonya full DVD set awhile back.  Then, I had medical issues that put me down and wouldn't allow me to work out anymore.  I have slowly been able to get back into workout mode, which I don't like to do unless it's fun.  Doonya's Bollywood Dance Workout is exactly that!  You get to dance while you workout and it's not the same old repetitive motions.  The music is modern & upbeat to keep you moving.  I have watched a ton of aerobics videos but I have never seen one like this.  This is the first one that I actually wanted to watch again.  Not only because I could feel the burn afterwards, but because I loved the routine!  This set includes the following DVD's...

My Review

 

I recently had the opportunity to review two items from Aurorae Yoga.  I received a Northern Lights Yoga Mat in Sky and Ladies Long Yoga Pants.  The mat is the right size for me and was perfect when I started doing Yoga.  I just started getting into it when I had some medical issues and had to stop due to complications with a spinal tap.  I am slowly working my way back into trying to get on schedule again.  It is nice because it rolls up to store away when not in use.  It lays back down flat without rolling up on the ends like other mats do.  It also came with a slip-free rosin bag. These are currently on sale for $39.95 which is $20.00 off retail!  They are available in a variety of colors.
