As long as an individual food item is unopened, it's good until its individual expiration date kept at room temperature. We rely on excellent ingredients and high performance packaging methods, not chemicals and artificial preservatives, to keep products fresh and at the height of their quality and taste for an extended period of time without refrigeration. My Review

I recently got to try 2 GoPicnic entrees of my choice.  I chose Salami & Cheese and Sunbutter & Crackers to review.   

The Salami & Cheese package included:

 And a little wooden spoon to spread the cheese

I spread some cheese on each cracker and placed a slice of salami on top.  There was the perfect amount of cheese, crackers, and salami to do this without having extras.  This was delicious!

The cookie cluster was ok but very small.  It had a dark chocolate flavor, which I'm not a big fan of anyways so it all worked out.

The fruit & nut mix was a perfect combination of goodies.  I love white yogurt drops, dried cranberries, & cashews.  Yum!

The sunbutter is made with sunflowers but tastes just like peanut butter.  I spread it on the crackers straight from the package without any mess.  This was simply amazing!

The trail mix was pretty good.

The tropical fruit bites were very good.

And the chocolate cookie was the average crunchy chocolate cookie with chocolate chips in it.

Overall, everything was great & each meal filled me up.  I love the fact that I can eat them on the go & they don't need to be refrigerated.  These would make perfect lunches for kids because you can just throw them in their backpack without an ice pack.  I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants a quick meal on the go.  Check out all of GoPicnic's products at http://www.gopicnic.com/.  Please note...some products are gluten free, some are not.  Be sure to read the labels.
